Mars is the code-name Western Bloc agent 020 uses in Episode 4 of the 009-1 anime. His real name is never revealed, but he is a veteran agent with an impressive resume. He was wounded in the arm when Eastern Bloc agents tried to kidnap Dr. Satonaka three years ago, but he still managed to stop them.
