Dr. Gilmore is a supporting character from the OVA crossover film Cyborg 009 vs. Devilman.

Dr. Gilmore is a short, rotund man (but not to the extent of Chang Changku) wearing a dark brown suit with a large red bow tie, a white shirt, pants, and black shoes. He has light gray, short, unruly hair, a short beard (with no mustache or sideburns), and black eyes. Unlike his previous incarnations, he has no white eyebrows this time.
His outfit is similar to what his 2001 incarnation sometimes wore in Cyborg 009: The Cyborg Soldier.
